Trilith Experience Coordinator

Trilith Experience (TE) Coordinator is responsible for the execution of the smooth operations of the Trilith Experience.

 

The Trilith Experience Coordinator is expected to work collaboratively, pay attention to detail, work with a servant mindset, and meet deadlines. This individual must possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

 

The Trilith Experience is an established program under the Trilith Foundation that exists to enrich the lives of creatives who inspire the world. The Trilith Experience exists to inspire the creative in everyone. This role will serve to execute tasks that help support the Program Lead and StoryGuides to enable them to execute tours daily that ultimately serve Guests visiting Trilith.

 

This position is for a part-time employee role of the Trilith Foundation. It will work under the leadership of the Trilith Experience Program Lead, and in partnership with the Trilith Experience StoryGuides and Trilith Foundation Administrator.

 

Trilith Experience Coordinator Responsibilities

Execute tasks delegated by the TE Program Lead to ensure the smooth operation of the program.

 

These coordinator tasks include, but are not limited to, the execution of:

  • Tour Scheduling and guest relations
  • StoryGuide scheduling and rescheduling if needed
  • Communication with and between guests and StoryGuides
  • Institute & other Trilith entity coordination
  • Coordination with Roam to secure the Theater, Assembly and other rooms for hosting the Trilith Experience smoothly
  • Checking and recording Customer Experience Ratings
  • Ensuring StoryGuides are keeping up with safety checks and communicating any needs for maintenance to the Program Lead
  • Volunteer management and logistics for large group tours
  • Surprise and delights for tour guests, VIPs, etc.
  • Ensuring lanyards are stocked
  • Communication with XOLA team for any needs related to booking technology/ease

 

Includes the collaboration with:

  • Trilith Experience Program Director, Lead, and Administrator
  • StoryGuides
  • DBT-CEM or Foundation Payroll
  • Roam staff

 

Includes the awareness and alignment with:

  • Trilith Foundation’s mission and vision


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Administration work
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Multitasker and meets tight deadlines
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business tools
  • Skilled in technology navigation for ease of ability in using booking programs such as XOLA
  • Meticulous attention to detail
