At Trilith Foundation, we believe that Creatives have the power to change the world. However, our collective state of wellbeing is at a dismal low, and we aren't flourishing as a society.

Why Mental Health Matters and What it Includes
Life brings challenges that impact our mental & emotional health, and it is important to remember that we aren’t alone in these challenges. In different seasons of life, we may find that we need help in various ways...here are a few:
- Grief – deep sadness, emptiness or numbness
- Anxiety – tension, nervousness or inability to relax. Feeling a sense of dread, or fearing the worst
- Mood Disorders & Depression – persistent sadness and a lack of interest or pleasure in previously rewarding or enjoyable activities
- Stress and Trauma – The impact of this depends on how your body interprets the experience – might be a one-time experience or chronic stress over time can become traumatic
- Substance Use / Misuse
- Suicide or Self-Harm behaviors
- Relationship Health - Child, Marriage and Family
- Guidance & Career
Mental Health Subsidy
If you are a professional Creative in need of financial support for mental health resources, we have an option for you to consider:
Who is this for? Creative professionals who are in a place where the financial costs of mental health resources are preventing them from getting the help they need.
What it includes? Up to $500 subsidy per person for mental health counseling at pre-approved, local, licensed providers listed above or provider meeting these Trilith Foundation alternative provider criteria.
How it will work?
a) Once the provider confirms your sessions have been completed, we will send a check for the amount you spent out of pocket, up to $500. Payments will be made to the applicant at a minimum of $100 and over a maximum of 3 payments (i.e. $100, $200, $200) totaling $500.
b) The subsidy should be used within 6 months of acceptance of the application.
c) Subsidies are available to creative professionals that live or work in the state of Georgia.

by raising funds to subsidize mental health resources as needed. It is advised that everyone decides what they need and which counseling group to work with and Trilith Foundation is not responsible for the decisions of individuals or the counseling services in general.
