Studio Enrichment Coordinator
The Trilith Foundation is seeking a passionate and dedicated Studio Enrichment Coordinator to join our team in enriching the lives of creatives who inspire the world. This role is essential in providing support on behalf of the Trilith Foundation to production crews and filmmakers on the Trilith Studio lot and beyond, specifically focusing on the activation of Studio 6B — a welcoming lounge dedicated to people with Trilith Studio badges where they can find respite and resources dedicated to mental/emotional, physical, spiritual, and relational wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Activation of Studio 6B:
Design and implement engaging programs and activities within Studio 6B that foster community, creativity, human flourishing and well-being among studio staff, filmmakers, crew and Trilith entity staff. Ensure alignment with the coffee/food vendor inside Studio 6B in order to offer a seamless and coordinated experience for activations.
- Resource Development:
Curate and maintain a collection of resources focused on mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and relational wellbeing, ensuring easy access for all studio personnel.
- Wellness Programs:
Curate and coordinate workshops, classes, and events in partnership with Trilith Foundation enrichment partners that promote health and wellness, including mindfulness sessions, fitness classes, and nutrition workshops and more.
- Community Engagement:
Foster a sense of community by creating opportunities for networking and collaboration among creatives, including social events, discussion circles, and support groups.
- Feedback and Improvement:
Gather feedback from studio staff and participants to continuously improve enrichment offerings, ensuring they meet the diverse needs of the creative community.
- Partnership Development:
Collaborate with external wellness professionals, organizations, and local businesses to enhance programming and provide expert resources to studio personnel.
- Promotion and Communication:
Utilize various communication channels in partnership with the Trilith Foundation Marketing & Communications team and Trilith Studios to promote enrichment activities, ensuring high levels of participation and engagement.
- Administrative Support:
Manage the scheduling, logistics, and administrative tasks associated with enrichment programs and events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, wellness, arts management) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in community engagement, program development, or wellness coordination, preferably in a creative or entertainment environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse groups of people.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to design innovative enrichment activities.
- Passion for the arts and a commitment to enhancing the wellbeing of creatives.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business tools
- Multitasker and meets tight deadlines
- Meticulous attention to detail

The Studios Enrichment Coordinator is expected to work collaboratively, pay attention to detail, work with a servant mindset, and meet deadlines.
This position is for a part-time employee and is financially supported by the Trilith Foundation. It will work under the leadership of the Trilith Foundation Programs & Resources Director, and report to the Program Manager and will be in partnership with other Trilith Foundation Program Leads and Coordinators.
