Care Program Lead - Trilith Foundation

Position Overview
The Care Program Lead will play a vital role in responding to the needs of our target audience, Trilith community, enrichment partners, and Trilith Foundation team members. This position is perfect for someone who is compassionate, proactive, and enjoys making meaningful connections. The Care Program Lead will create and implement initiatives that provide emotional support and celebrate life’s milestones, ensuring that everyone feels valued and appreciated.



The focus of this role is personal one-to-one care (i.e. personalized gifts for a visiting speaker’s family), rather than community-wide event care (i.e. planning a vigil). It may look like bringing the five love languages (gifts, words of affirmation, acts of service, quality time, and physical touch) to life for individuals who cross paths with the Trilith Foundation.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Building:

• Cultivate strong relationships with community members, partners, and team members to understand their needs and respond appropriately.

Care Initiatives:

• Develop and execute programs that offer support during times of loss, celebration, and personal milestones (e.g., sending flowers, organizing care packages, and finding special gifts).

Emotional Support:

• Act as a compassionate point of contact for individuals seeking support, providing a listening ear and appropriate resources.
• You are not a counselor, but you are available to listen and direct towards resources of the Trilith Foundation, while also following up to show the Trilith Foundation is thinking of them.

Donor Care:

• Enhance relationships with donors in partnership with Trilith Foundation Directors, ensuring they feel appreciated and seen.

Event Coordination focused on Care:

• Assist in organizing events that are focused on gratitude for our Trilith Foundation network (i.e. Ambassadors) that promote community engagement and celebrate people.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Talent Speaker care
• VIP Trilith Experience care
• Donor care
• Partners of the Foundation (i.e. Passion City Church, Illuminate, Piedmont, GROW Counseling, Matt Turvey & Angela Rubenacker, etc.)
• Trilith Foundation Team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a caregiving, support, or community outreach role, preferably within a nonprofit setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for caring for others.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using technology for communication and organization (e.g., CRM systems, event planning tools).
• A proactive, compassionate mindset with a focus on making a positive impact.

This role reports directly to the Trilith Foundation Events Director and includes the collaboration with:

• Trilith Foundation Programs & Resources Director
• Trilith Foundation Marketing & Communications Director
• Trilith Foundation Administrator
• Trilith Experience Program Lead and Coordinators
• Startup Consultants
• StoryGuides
• Ambassadors
